Thank you for shopping with VireLuxe. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, estimated delivery time, shipping cost, tracking information, and important delivery details.
Shipping Destination
We currently ship orders within the United States.
Order Processing & Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days after order confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
- For orders under $50, shipping charges may be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Large or Multi-Package Orders
Some large or multi-piece products such as Kids Ride-on Cars, Playhouses, and Swimming Pools may ship in separate packages. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive at different times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
You can track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your tracking number.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. VireLuxe is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vireluxe.shop. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.
Delayed Packages
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or high shipping volume. If your package is delayed, please check your tracking information first. If you still need help, contact our customer support team.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check around your delivery location and contact the carrier if needed. You may also contact us at support@vireluxe.shop with your order number and tracking number so we can assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vireluxe.shop. Include your order number, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so our team can review the issue.
